5. CAMduct 2013 import

A built-in reference is active — you can Generate right away. Upload your own only if your CAMduct catalog differs from the default (paths / material / flanges).
  1. Mark the catalog folder as JCM Conversion (once): Item Folders → right-click your top catalog folder (e.g. Wartung_Workshop) → Properties → set folder type/attribute to “JCM Conversion”. Required — without it the import can’t bind items.
  2. Per job → click Generate, then in CAMduct: File → Import → CAD/JCM Items → pick the generated .txt. Items develop automatically.
To override the built-in reference: in CAMduct build a job with one of each item type you use → select all → Shift+Ctrl+C → EXPORTJOB → save the .txt → upload it below.
⚠️ Reminder: the catalog folder must be set to “JCM Conversion” (Item Folders → right-click folder → Properties) or imported items come in empty.
